DANGER IS WAITING FROM SUPREME COURT! WAKE UP OR DIE!

(Samaj Weekly)- Similarly the SCs and STs will know the value of Reservation only when it is snatched away by the Supreme Court under one pretext or other
It is the serious time to understand the judicial conspiracy against reservation. All are requested to read the Statement of Objects and Reasons and the Model Draft Bill drafted by me on 31.7.2018 & the Adverse comments of Nagaraj judgment. I used to repeatedly say ‘NAGA’raj judgment has cobra’s venom! It sowed the seed for creamy layer concept among the SC & ST people. Then Attorney General Milon Banerjee, after the judgment, commented/ clarified that it was an ‘obiter dicta’ but that ‘obiter dicta’ has come to be adopted in the Jarnail Singh case. My fear on the judgment dated 19.10.2006 in Nagaraj judgment has become true.
The SC&ST beneficiaries, leaders, Parliamentarians and Legislators have been sleeping like Kumbakarnas! What a shame!
The OBCs are demanding removal of creamy layer concept while we are shamelessly keeping quiet without protest or agitation against the Supreme Court’s conspiratorial judgment against SC & ST people. One more bad news: Justice K.G.Balakrishnan, who became CJI later, was one of the five judges in Nagaraj case. Another shame! He belongs to SC! He has not given a dissenting judgment!
