Portuguese striker Andre Silva excited to join Sevilla

Seville,  Portugal striker Andre Silva said on Tuesday during his presentation as a new Sevilla footballer that he was excited to join the La Liga club.

The 22-year-old came to Sevilla on loan for one year, with an option to buy from AC Milan where he netted 10 goals in 40 appearances, reports Efe.

“The first impressions are that everything is magnificent,” Silva said in his presentation.

“The important thing is not who scores the goals but that we all help and that the team wins,” Silva added.

Sevilla director Joaquin Caparros, meanwhile, praised the new addition, saying Silva is a high level player.
