WE REALLY MUST “LOOK AFTER YOUR HEALTH”
(SAMAJ WEEKLY)- In celebrations of Gurpurb {Birthday} Sri Guru HarKrishan Sahib Ji, the 8 th Sikh Guru who healed countless people from illnesses at Delhi, India “Look After Your Health” is being organised by the place of worship AT 48 Kenilworth Drive, Oadby Leicestershire and the 1995 formed Punjabi Listeners Club this Sunday 11 August 2024 from 10 am to 1.00 pm where various services will be provided so we can make better choices to improve and keep ourselves in good health.
On of the stall giving information is by Manjit Rai MCIPD, O.A. Dip NLP, Founder, Director and Holistic Educator Organisation: Buddhi {The People’s Buddhi} which offers a broad range of services aimed at enhancing emotional, mental, and physical health. It specialises in mindfulness, life coaching, art therapy, non-conventional sport and fitness and holistic therapies. Each programme is carefully designed to promote inner peace and physical wellness, supporting individuals in their journey towards a balanced lifestyle. Buddhi’s approach is rooted in the belief that true peace comes from within, and they are committed to providing a healing and friendly environment where everyone can work towards bettering their mind, body and soul.
Local Area Co-Ordination Oadby and Wigston, Ayurveda the Science of Life. In dived, British Heart Foundation, NHS Leicester City Clinical Commissioning Group South Asian Health Action, CEIPS City Early Intervention Psychology Support will also be doing their best so we can benefit as much as possible.
One of the organisers Tarlochan Singh Virk Co-Ordinator Punjabi Listeners Club said the health event in memory of Sri Guru HarKrishan Sahib Ji is supported by Kabin King Sokha Udo Puria of Derbyshire, Knighton Self Service Welford Road Leicester, Samaj Weekly of Birmingham and Punjab Times India and Canada. Guru Ka Langar {Free Vegetarian Food} will be provided to all.
