Gurugram, (Samajweekly) Vice-Chancellor Starex University Prof. M.M. Goel has been honoured with Global Leader in Higher Education Award 2021during Online Global Faculty Conclave & Awards hosted by AKS Education today. He is known as Founder of Needonomics School of Thought with credentials as a humble academician in educational governance.
On the occasion, while addressing online on the topic ‘Challenges of Needo-education for Needo-employability under NEP 2020’ Professor M.M. Goel said that “To make national education policy sufficient as needo-education for needo-employability, we must adopt well-defined Public-Private –Partnership (PPP) model. Dr Dinesh Kamra CEO AKS education welcomed and presented citations on the achievements of the Vice-Chancellor Starex University Prof. M.M . Goel.
For needo-employment of Indian youth by the global employers, we need to accept the challenge of the competition with spiritual input and communication skills, told Professor Goel.
It has to be noted that 5 of 17 targets of Sustainable Development Goals 2030 are on quality education and learning outcomes which calls for fine-tuning education in India, explained Prof. Goel.
He justified HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) with creativity, innovation and critical thinking along with human values and ethics for Needoeducation to ensure needo-employment and needo-entrepreneurship.
To improve educational governance, we have to be street smart (simple, moral, action-oriented, responsive and transparent) with effective leadership at all levels of operation, told Prof. Goel.
