Pakistan’s Army Chief Asim Munir spews nuclear threats, talks of blowing up dams, and hurls insults at India’s leaders and Indian tycoon Ambani.
This is reckless and dangerous and in the eyes of many, the rantings of a madman.
And what does the United States under Donald Trump do? Instead of condemning him, they roll out the red carpet! Why? Because a rising India scares them. Just like China and Pakistan, they don’t want India to become a true superpower.
By giving Pakistan better trade deals, military support, and even public praise, Trump is turning Munir’s threats into a tool, a weapon against India’s growth. It’s the same Cold War tactics Nixon used when the U.S. armed Pakistan during the 1971 genocide in Bangladesh. The lesson? U.S. interests come first. Human lives and peace come second.
Pakistan flatters Trump, even nominating him for the Nobel Peace Prize. And Trump, hungry for praise, laps it up. Meanwhile, India denies any U.S. role in its ceasefire with Pakistan. Thus exposing Trump’s “peace-making” claims as pure fiction.
The truth is simple: America is happy to feed the fire, as long as the smoke chokes India. But playing with fire in South Asia is dangerous — and one day, everyone could get burned.
