Security men on duty with Srinagar Mayor sent to isolation

Srinagar, (Samajweekly)J&K authorities on Tuesday decided to keep in isolation the security guards of Srinagar Mayor, Junaid Azim Mattu, after the brother of a generator operator on duty with the Mayor tested positive for COVID-19.

A letter written by SSP control room, Srinagar, to the command of SSB 10 Battalion said on Tuesday that the brother of the generator operator on duty with the Mayor has tested positive.

It is feared that the men of the SSB 10 Battalion posted on escort duty with the Mayor might have come into contact with the generator operator and, therefore, they should be kept in isolation, SSP control room informed the commandant of the SSB 10 Battalion.
