(Samaj Weekly)- Rishi Sunak, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, visited Wolverhampton on March 24th, 2023. The PM was welcomed to the Ward of Tettenhall Regis by Councillor Udey Singh, Councillor Sohail Khan, and Bob Maddox.
During his visit, PM Sunak was able to see first-hand the progress and development of the Tettenhall Regis area. He was impressed with the positive changes he saw in the community and expressed his support for the work being done to improve the lives of local residents.
Councillor Udey Singh took the opportunity to reiterate the importance of strong and mutually beneficial trade ties between India and the UK. The PM expressed his agreement with Councillor Singh’s sentiment and reaffirmed the UK government’s commitment to strengthening trade relations with India.
