New Delhi President Ram Nath Kovind on Tuesday appointed the senior-most Election Commissioner, Sunil Arora, as the Chief Election Commissioner in the Election Commission.
Arora will assume office on December 2, a day after the incumbent Om Prakash Rawat demits it.
