Militants gun down 5 in Assam’s Tinsukia

Guwahati,   Five persons were killed in Tinsukia district of Assam on Thursday evening when a group of unidentified assailants opened fire at a public place, police said.

The assailants are believed to be members of the anti-talk faction of militant outfit ULFA, according to the police.
