Panaji,  Antares, a popular Australian-themed restaurant run by Masterchef Australia runner-up Sarah Todd, caught fire late on Wednesday, a spokesperson for the Goa Fire and Emergency services spokesperson said.

Four fire engines were used and the fire was brought under control, the official said.

“No loss of life has been reported, but damage to property is being assessed,” the spokesperson said.

Over the last few years, the restaurant, located near Ozrant beach in North Goa, had gained immense popularity, largely on account of Sarah Todd, who was a popular contestant on the sixth season of Masterchef Australia show.
