DEMOCRATIZE THE Indian JUDICIARY
De-Brahminize !   De-Communalize!   De-Feudalize!
“Justice cannot exist in a system ruled by the few for the few.”

Join the movement for a representative judiciary.

1: THE CRISIS

Why there is no ST (Scheduled Tribe) Judge in Supreme Court even after 75 years of self-governance?
Why Supreme Court is hostage to few TB (twice-born) lawyers?
Why there is only one woman Judge in Supreme Court out of 50% of India’s population?
Why there is no SC/ST/OBC Solicitor General after 75 years of independence?
Who Controls Justice in India?

Despite making up over 90% of India’s population, SC, ST, OBC, and religious minorities are shockingly underrepresented in the judiciary.
Out of 684 High Court judges appointed since 2018:
• Only 21 SC
• Only 14 ST
• Only 82 OBC
• Only 37 Minorities
Meanwhile, over 530 judges belong to predominantly Brahmin, and other feudal castes—less than 12% of the Indian population.

2: SYSTEMIC EXCLUSION

A Judiciary for the Few
+ Merit vs. Representation?
“Merit” has become a smokescreen. Without diverse voices, how can there be fair justice?
Supreme Court Today:
• Just 2 women judges.
• Dominated by upper-caste males.
Where’s the Data?
There’s little to no transparency on caste data in subordinate courts, hiding the scale of exclusion.

3: WHY IT MATTERS

When Courts Reflect Only the Elite…
• OBC/SC/ST religious minorities face systemic bias.
• Lived experiences are ignored.
• Laws protect privilege—not people.

Why No Quotas?
While quotas exist in government and police, the judiciary remains untouched, protected by elitist collegium systems.

4: TAKE ACTION

We Demand a People’s Judiciary
⬛ Transparent caste and gender data on all judicial appointments
⬛ Reservation in judicial appointments at all levels
⬛ Immediate steps to ensure SC, ST, OBC, minority, and women representation
⬛ End of elitist control via the opaque collegium system

Join the call to democratize the judiciary.

“Until justice is shared, freedom is denied.”
