A significant number of devotees attended the Nanaksar Sikh Temple to pay their respects. The main hall of the Gurdwara featured elegant floral arrangements and exquisite garlands. Elegant lighting adorned the exterior wall.
The attendees created an elegant atmosphere by illuminating the tent with lamps and candles. Mayor Patrick Brown of Brampton and Liberal MP Sonia Sidhu from Brampton South attended to extend their 
greetings on the significant occasion of Gurpurab. The organizers also recognized their contributions. Mayor Brown extended his congratulations to the Sikh community on the occasion of Gurpurab, emphasizing that the residents of Brampton honor the teachings of Guru Nanak Sahib by planting trees annually to promote a clean environment and contribute to the preservation of the earth.
