This is a very special conversation with Shri Bhanwar Meghwanshi, leading Ambedkarite from Rajasthan and it was recorded at the back of our Prerna Kendra on Deoria Kushinagar border. This Khanua river actually is the demarcation line between the two districts. It was actually Deoria but when Behin ji came to power, she encouraged the Buddhist places and Kushinagar got importancce. This conversation was recorded about one year and three months ago. It was in March 2019 when Bhanwar ji and Rakesh ji had visited the place and we thought it is good to have a detailed discussion on the current crisis, Ambedkar movement, Bahujan movement as well as others. I feel this conversation gives a lot of ideas as well as provides a constructive critique of our movements and can definitely be used to strengthen our movements. I believe in the detailed and lengthy discussions so that the person has enough space to clarify his position as our issues are serious and age old and need generation of thoughts and knowledge.
