15 fresh COVID-19 cases in Bengal

Kolkata, (Samajweekly) With 15 fresh cases, the number of current COVID-19 patients in West Bengal was 110, the state health department said on Monday.

The number of deaths was seven, while 2,793 samples have been tested in the state so far since the onset of the disease, a health department bulletin said.

The union government said the cumulative COVID-19 cases in the state are 152, of whom 29 have recovered. As per the union government data, the death count was seven.

Thus, as per the union government data, the number of active COVID 19 cases was 116, six more than the state government figures.
