India ranks 3 in SE Asia region with 467 COVID-19 cases

New Delhi,  India has reported most number of cases of novel coronavirus after Thailand and Sri Lanka in the South East Asia region.

According to data released by the World Health Organisation (WHO), Thailand reported most number of COVID-19 cases-721, and one casualty.

Indonesia reported 514 coronavirus cases and 48 deaths.

India, so far, has reported 467 cases. The death toll in India is eight.

Sri Lanka has reported 82 cases and no casualty. While in Bangladesh 27 people are affected from the highly contagious disease COVID-19 and two people died from it.

Maldives has 13 cases, Bhutan two, Nepal and Timor-Leste have one case each. All these South East Asia member Countries have not reported any death so far.
