IUML retains Kerala’s Manjeswaram with a huge margin

Kasargode,  Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) candidate M.C.Kamurdeen on Thursday won the Manjeswaram Assembly constituency by 7,923 votes.

Like in the past elections, the BJP stood second and the CPI-M ended in the third place.

In 2016, IUML’s Abdul Razack had defeated his nearest BJP rival K.Surendran by a slender margin of 89 votes. Razack passed away last year.
