Following a lot of strive and struggle, finally building of the Shree Ram Mandir in Ayodhya has started. Shree Ram Chander Ji’s name is around today because of the Holy Ramayana given to this world by Bhagwan Valmiki Ji.
Bhagwan Valmiki Ji has always been a controversial figure and even today still is. The Tulsi Ramayana was introduced to replace the Valmiki Ramayana on grounds to promote Shree Ram Chander Ji from a king to the status of God and this statement is backed by an ardent freedom fighter Rajagopalachari.
Late Chakravarti Rajagopalachari was a very close associate of Mahatma Gandhi. He served Mother India as Chief Minister of Madras, as Governor of West Bengal, as Home Minister of India and as the first Indian Governor General of India.
He passed away in 1972 at the age of ninety four. He has written Valmiki Ramayana in English and in it he has stated that the Valmiki Ramayana will always live on the tongues of all the civilized people, regardless of whatever may happen to India and It’s politics.
He also mentions that the charm of the Holy Ramayana that has flourished since ancient times will carry on as long as the river Ganges and the Himalayas will remain on the face of this earth. It is the source of knowledge from which even today in the age of advanced science and technology, millions are gaining wisdom from.
Even today, the Interest towards Shree Ram Chander Ji is influential because of the Holy Ramayana. In this new age of advancement, the people still hold of high regard and have immense faith in it and the building of the Shree Ram Mandir is evidence to this statement.
It seems that the forerunners in the building of the temple are trying to present Ram Bhagat as the Hindus. Is it that only, the followers of Shree Rama are the Hindus? What about the Adhivasis, OBC, ST/SC and the Harijans, what sect do they belong to?
Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar declared that he was born a Hindu but will not die as one. He adopted Buddhism just before he passed away. It was ill treatment of the Adhivasis that instigated him to this decision. Still today the Adhivasis are being down looked upon.
The doors of the Mandirs in many areas in India are even today shut for the indigenous people. Are they going to be open for them upon completion of this marvellous Shree Ram Mandir in Ayodhya or are they going to remain shut for them?
During the transmitting of the Ram Janan Bhoomi celebration from Ayodhya, it has been mentioned by a senior authority that many statues are being prepared and they will be displayed in the vicinity of this new Shree Ram Mandir being built.
The whole world knows that because of Bhagwan Valmiki Ji’s Ramayana, Shree Ram Chander Ji’s name is around and the Valmikians worldwide feel that Bhagwan Valmiki Ji’s statue should be amongst these statues because his Ramayana is the source to Shree Ram Chander Ji’s greatness. Without Bhagwan Valmiki Ji’s statue, sense of emptiness will be present.
15th August was celebrated with great enthusiasm all over India. Special transmissions were relayed those showed of how our Javans on the frontiers have celebrated this special occasion.
It was indeed a joy to see the lady Javans present on the front lines. Their presence, straight away brought back memory of Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar. It is his drafted Constitution that has given them opportunity to reach this point. Prior to our Constitution, Manu Code was applicable and it limited women to house core duties only.
It has been seventy years since India gained independence but still there are millions of people who are surviving on daily basis. The governments have come and gone and all have taken their votes on false pretences. They have all failed to heed to their desperate cries for help. They have been pawns in their election games.
The present Government is boasting of the arsenal in India’s possession but even today under their reign, the people are still walking many miles to collect water. The collected water is usually unfit for human consumption but has to be drunk to survive.
Gas cookers were given but are lying idle because the people cannot afford to purchase gas. The toilets in many villages are non operational through lack of water supply or lack of septic tanks to hold disposed sewage.
Now a new promise that millions of the brick homes will be built in the villages within this term is being made but this is only going to be possible after laying of proper sewage and water supply system. Building of the Shree Ram Mandir plus this promise of building new brick houses is surely going to boost votes in the BJP’s favour.
But supplying of water to the villages has been on agenda since victory in 2014 and millions are still waiting. The Government will have to fulfil these promises to validate their votes, failing the chances are they will turn attention to other parties.
The Migrants have been scarred by the treatment they received during the pandemic lock down. They have walked thousands of kilometres to their destinations. There is a lot of ill feeling buried within them waiting to explode. The Government has failed to assist them when they were stranded on the roads during the lock down.
The people all over India are deeply concerned about Manusmriti’s introduction because the justice and equality enjoyed under our Indian Constitution will disperse as Manu Code will take over. The people all over India are living in fear of this terror looming around..
