Balachaur, (Samajweekly) (Jatinder Pal Singh Kaler): A batch of pilgrims leaving to visit holy religious places under the Punjab government’s ‘Mukhyamantri Tirth Yatra Scheme’ from village Thopia near Balachaur was flagged off today with best wishes by senior AAP leader Ashok Kataria, who specially arrived for the occasion. While interacting with the pilgrims and boosting their morale on this occasion, Ashok Kataria said, “Serving the people and respecting the elders is our priority.” Speaking further, he said that this pilgrimage scheme started by the Punjab government is a highly commendable and historic step. He also shared important information about this public welfare initiative started by the government with the gathered congregation and passengers, so that maximum people can take advantage of it. While flagging off the batch, Ashok Kataria wished for the good health of the pilgrims and prayed that Waheguru makes this holy journey of all the passengers peaceful, safe, and auspicious.
